Returns & Exchanges

At Retrograde Supply Co., we want you to love your vintage-inspired gear, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your return package to any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of your drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
